Farmington Public School Musicians Honor Town Veterans
At the Memorial Day Parades, Farmington School Musicians commemorate those who serve in the armed forces and fallen soldiers.
The Farmington High and Middle School musicians will perform in Memorial Day Parades on the holiday. The IAR and FHS bands will march in the Unionville and Farmington parades under the direction of Patricia Maher and Tom Johnston. Performing taps at the veteran ceremonies are FHS trumpet players: Christopher DiLullo, Bella Suffredini, Jack Pelham and Felicia Wong. Vocalists Matthew Thureson, Leia Ficks, Tristan Wong, and Quinn Mahoney will perform patriotic songs at the ceremony.
