Last Man Standing, 8 p.m., ABC

Not sure why they waited until now to roll out this new Tim Allen-led sitcom, but it seems unwise to me as everyone (and when I say everyone I mean “me”) has pretty much already figured out our new fall season viewing habits. But here it is – two episodes in an hour. To me, the big question here is, Can Tim Allen be funny in the 21^st century? We’ll find out.
