Scheduled Farmington High School Boycott Ends, Deals are Made
Update about the boycott that some students participated in over this past week.

Farmington school administrators, food provider Chartwells and several students have agreed on a number of things as the scheduled boycott comes to a close on Friday.
Christy Rosario, one of the student organizers of the boycott said that the following was agreed upon and that it will most likely satisify the student body if things are upheld.
-A committee will meet every few weeks to discuss food services in the cafeteria.

-Better communication and enforcement of policies.
-Students will be able to charge two meals after they run out of money, receive an alternate lunch or the school office will pay for the student’s lunch.

-A new chef was hired Monday.
-A new microwave in the cafeteria might be coming next week.
-Portions or special meal options can be arranged by meeting with Chartwell administrators within the school.
-More sides will be available for meals.
-An afterschool snack opportunity may be made available.
