Wicked at Westfarms
Cast members from the Broadway hit took center stage at the mall today.
shoppers and Wicked fans from all over Connecticut lined the mall's center court Wednesday to get a sneak peek of the blockbuster Broadway show.
Cast members Mariand Torres (Elphaba) and Megan
Campanile (Glinda) performed songs from the show, which is playing at the Bushnell in Hartford through Sept. 11.
The World of Wicked was also set up at Westfarms, where shoppers can walk through Glinda the Good's 30-foot bubble, view the "Behind the Emerald Curtain" museum display and take a photo in Oz. The display will be up through Sept. 11 to coincide with the
local performance dates.
