This class is for people who are new to yoga and those looking to deepen their practice.
You will learn the names and proper alignment of the basic postures used in your weekly
yoga classes. Understanding breathing techniques and their benefits will be practiced
and discussed. Advanced registration is required to insure we spend adequate time
with each student. Class fee includes your own personal yoga mat for you to take home.
Please wear comfortable clothing with no buttons, zippers or belts so that you may move freely.
