American Eagle FCU Rally to Support Puerto Rico Recovery Efforts

American Eagle FCU employees and Board of Directors donate to United for Puerto Rico

American Eagle Financial Credit Union (FCU) today announced the donation of over $3,200 to United for Puerto Rico to help with relief efforts following hurricanes Irma and Maria, which devastated the islands of Puerto Rico.

American Eagle FCU employees began raising funds at the company’s all-employee meeting the day after Puerto Rico was hit directly by Category 5 storm Maria. The donations were subsequently matched by the Credit Union’s senior leadership team, followed by the organization’s community fund. As a show of solidarity and support for employee efforts, members of American Eagle FCU’s Board of Directors contributed to the fundraiser.
