According to the town, Frontier Communications' contractor, Parkside Utility, notified the town that the fiber-optic lines were successfully installed. The update states that final restoration of disturbed lawns and driveways should be completed soon.

The notice gives residents in the affected neighborhoods a few immediate steps to take as the project wraps up. Residents may remove any Call Before You Dig, or CBYD, flags and irrigation system flags, according to the town's update.

The town also directed residents to Parkside Utility if they believe sprinkler systems were damaged during the work. Residents are encouraged to contact Parkside's Concern Line at (800) 320-8862 if there was any damage to their sprinkler systems, according to the notice.

For residents who live along the affected roads, the announcement signals that the installation phase is over and that cleanup and property restoration are the remaining steps identified in the town notice. The update was posted May 13 at 8:15 a.m.
