GLASTONBURY, CT — Glastonbury's Affordable Housing Trust Fund has been approved for the 2026 Connecticut Neighborhood Assistance Act Tax Credit Program, giving local businesses an opportunity to support affordable housing initiatives while receiving a state tax credit.
The program allows eligible businesses to receive a 60 percent state tax credit for qualifying contributions to approved community programs. Glastonbury's Affordable Housing Trust Fund has been approved to receive up to $150,000 in contributions through the program.
Businesses interested in participating can submit pledges to the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services between Sept. 15 and Oct. 1.
The required NAA-02 form will be available through the Department of Revenue Services beginning Sept. 15.
The town is encouraging local businesses to consider contributing to the Affordable Housing Trust Fund through the program.
