Earlier this month, diners were treated to a delicious five-course dinner put on by Vito’s Restaurants and Back East Brewing.
Each course, which was prepared right in front of the diners by Chef/Owner Rob Maffucci, was paired with a beer from Back East Brewing.

The first course was bacon wrapped smoked salmon sushi paired with Back East Golden Ale Shandy (with a candied bacon salt rim). The second course was pork belly fries with Back East Ale.
For the third course, diners were treated to a pork belly slider with Back East Porter. The fourth course was grilled prawns with Back East Misty Mountain IPA.
To finish it off, sea salt and caramel ice cream – with Back East Palate Mallet Double IPA – was served for dessert.
Mmmmmm.
