"Black Bears in Connecticut": a lecture by Paul Colburn, MWC

at the Welles-Turner Memorial Library

On Wednesday, March 23, 6:30 p.m., Welles-Turner Memorial Library’s Friends Room. Paul Colburn, Master Wildlife Conservationist, presents “Black Bears in Connecticut”. His presentation focuses on the natural history of black bears in CT, an overview of black bear habitat, diet, behavior, and current research efforts. It also provides recommendations for optimum coexistence with our black bear population. Seating is limited so registration is requested and begins February 24th online or at the Reference Desk at 860-652-7720.
