Charges Filed In Glastonbury Home Break-In Case

A warrant was secured by police for the June incident.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A 34-year-old Middletown resident is facing a pair of criminal charges in connection with someone being caught in an unoccupied home in Glastonbury, police said.

On July 25, Glastonbury Police arrested Rohan Powell on an active warrant. The warrant stemmed from the investigation into an incident that occureed on June 26, when Powell was accused of entering an unoccupied residence on Manchester Road without the permission of

the residents.

Powell is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Aug. 22 to answer charges of

burglary and criminal trespass, both in the second degree, police said.
