ROCKY HILL, CT — The historic Glastonbury-to-Rocky Hill ferry on the Connecticut River is closed until further notice, according to an alert issued by the state Department of Transportation.   The alert was issued at 7 a.m. Tuesday.     DOT Officials cited mechanical issues.
