This program is designed to allow individuals 18 and older to try all the top aerobic conditioning programs, including Hi-Lo Aerobics, Cardio-Kickboxing, Step Aerobics, Low Impact Aerobics with Weights and Circuit Training. In addition to the aerobic component, you will increase your flexibility, muscle strength, core stability, balance and coordination.
Class will be held at Smith Middle School Auxiliary Gym at the start of the program and at the Riverfront Community Center after August 8.
Class takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays, 6-7 p.m., July 9-August 15.
