Interval Training

This class is a great way to increase your endurance and aerobic capacity. You'll begin to see results in just two days of training. This is a high-intensity class. It will focus on endurance training, strength training and all-over body toning. You’ll be sprinting, jumping rope, resistance training and doing plyometrics (which involves jumping). While modifications will be given, this may not be a suitable class for individuals with certain knee or ankle injuries. The class flies by, and no muscle goes untouched. Bring a mat, towel, and a jumprope.

Taught by instructors from Personal Euphoria, this Parks and Rec class is for individuals 18 and older.

The class takes place in the Academy Multi-Purpose Room 2 on Mondays from 9 to 10 a.m., June 25 - July 16, 2012.
