Intro To Pilates Reformer This workshop will entail 30 minute introductory sessions on the Pilates Reformer. The reformer is a spring based exercise system that uses the client's body weight and spring assistance to target specific muscle groups. Workouts consist of controlled, flowing movements allowing your muscles to work in a full range of motion. By training on the reformer atleast 2x per week the client will see noticeable improvements in the appearance of their posture; their body defenition will appear longer and leaner with a toned defined physique. The client will also learn how to breathe and move with control, precision and flow. These learned fitness patterns will increase the body's efficiency and prevent injury allowing indiuviduals to excel at the sports they enjoy such as golf, cycling ,running and swimming. This 30 minute session will be individually tailored to the client's body, making the student aware of their specific postural muscles that need to get strengthened and lengthened . This personalized exercise prescription will allow the client to gain proper posture and overall muscle strength without tightness and without pain.
