The Connecticut River has just been named the first "National Blueway," a model for conservation efforts nationwide. The Town of Glastonbury has created walking trails along the river, so . . . LET'S GO WALK THE RIVERFRONT!
This walk will include a talk along the way by Mary Crombie (Acorn Studio) about the special history of Glastonbury and the Connecticut River. Learn some town history AND get outside for exercise.
Meet at the Riverfront Community Center SOUTH entrance. Wear comfy shoes. The walk will be approximately 45 minutes and will be done just prior to the concert at Riverfront Park that will begin at 7 p.m.
