Senior Fitness

Senior Fitness is available to adults aged 55 and up. This weight-bearing exercise program designed for the active older adult includes a warm-up, low-impact aerobics, muscular conditioning for the upper and lower body, core strengthening for the abdominal muscles and back, and exercises to increase flexibility, joint mobility, balance and coordination.

Participants must bring sneakers and a water bottle. Weights, exertubes, dynabands, 10” play balls and mats are optional.

Medical information forms must be filled out to participate in this class.

Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from July 9 - August 27, 2012. (No class August 8.)
