GLASTONBURY, CT — Glastonbury police this week served a sexual assault warrant on a local man. Brandon Dixon, 22, was charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault and two counts of risk of injury to a child, according to an arrest report. The arrest report indicates the children were early to mid-teens. Dixon posted a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Dec. 6, according to an arrest report.

S.P.A.R.K.&nbsp;stands for&nbsp;Science. Play. Action. Research. Knowledge,&nbsp;and that’s exactly what the morning is all about. Students will dive into interactive labs, ask big questions, and explore how science connects to the world around them.
Throughout the morning, students will rotate through all three engaging sessions:
Snack Science: Cracking the Code of Carbs, Fats &amp; Proteins
Students will test everyday foods to uncover the building blocks of life - carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins.
From Cabbage to Chemistry: A Color-Changing Exploration of pH
Using red cabbage as a natural indicator, students will experiment with acids and bases and watch chemistry come alive in vibrant color.
Air Apparent: The Invisible Force All Around Us
Through hands-on experiments, students will explore the properties of air—and discover just how powerful something invisible can be.
