The center's director and an employee have been arrested on charges of alleged child abuse.

GLASTONBURY, CT - A local mother has come forward alleging that her son was one of the children reportedly abused at The Stork Club daycare facility in Glastonbury.
Wilder Zandonella, a high school guidance counselor, told Fox61 News that her two-year-old son Evan was force fed and struck on the head by Nicole Mayo, one of two employees of the center who have been arrested in connection with the case. The facility's director, Meegan Beach, also has been arrested.
Another employee of the center called the state Department of Children & Families about the abuse and notified Zandonella of the incident. Zandonella and her husband then immediately pulled their son out of the center.
