
Elizabeth L. Hadfield “Lizzy”, 21 of Glastonbury, died November 4, 2016.
Born August 28, 1995 in Hartford she was the beloved daughter of James E. and Patricia (Hawkes) Hadfield, she was a lifelong resident of Glastonbury. Lizzy graduated from Glastonbury High School in 2013 and was a senior at Eastern CT State University majoring in Elementary Education and Visual Arts. She was a Dean's list student and was expected to graduate this spring.
Lizzy loved to spend time with family and friends, working at her job, going to college and really enjoyed her 3rd grade student teaching assignment. In her spare time Lizzy loved to draw and she became an accomplished artist. Her many beautiful drawings will always be cherished.

Lizzy's time was too short, she had so much to learn and so much to give. There aren't words to describe how much she was loved and how much she will be missed. She will always be in our hearts.
Besides her parents she is survived by a brother Jack Hadfield and two sisters Rebecca and Jessica Hadfield all of Glastonbury. She is also survived by her grandmother Shirley Hadfield of Wilmington, MA and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be Wednesday Nov. 9 at 1:00pm in the First Church of Christ, Congregational, 2183 Main St., Glastonbury. Burial will follow in Green Cemetery, Glastonbury. Friends may call at the Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury on Tuesday Nov. 8 from 4-7pm.
Lizzy was a supporter of the Heifer Charity. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her name at this website http://www.heifer.org.
