Glastonbury Officials Offer a Sneak Peek at Proposed Roundabout
The roundabout project in Glastonbury will be discussed at a Tuesday hearing.

GLASTONBURY, CT — Town officials have shared a rendering of the "modern roundabout" proposed for the intersection of Hebron Avenue and House Street.
A public hearing scheduled for Tuesday for an even closer look.
The hearing is slated to begin at 8 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 2155 Main Street, Glastonbury.

The public information hearing will provide the opportunity for public comment and questions concerning the proposed project.
The project is approved for construction funding under the Local Road Accident Reduction Program, officials said.

Based upon a preliminary assessment, the construction cost will be approximately $1,691,896. The LRAR will provide 100 percent of the construction cost, officials said.
A larger rendering should be available at the hearing, officials said.
