- Phillip Upton, 60, of Ansonia is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and illegally carrying a firearm while under the influence.
- Julia C. Standish, 36, of Farmcliff Drive, is charged with first-degree criminal trespass.
- Orest Markiv, 29, of Meyers Drive in Rocky Hill is charged with third-degree larceny.
- John Vincent Hornet, 30, of Scantic Road in East Windsor, is charged with violation of home improvement contractor requirements.
- Mark Blancato, 48, of Wickham Road is charged with disorderly conduct.
