GLASTONBURY, CT — A local teen is facing a criminal charge after an attack on a Glastonbury officer with a knife, police said.

The 18-year-old was arrested on a warrant Friday and charged with attempted assault on a peace officer, records show.

The teen went at a cop with a knife during an incident earlier this month on Long Hill Drive, according to an arrest report.

He is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on April 18 after posting a $75,000 bond, records show.
