Glastonbury's Riverfront Community Center Also Serving as Summer Cooling Center
Residents can escape the heat at the RCC.
GLASTONBURY, CT - The Riverfront Community Center is currently available as a cooling center for residents looking to escape the extreme heat this summer, town officials said.
The RCC is located at 300 Welles Street in Glastonbury and is open during the following hours as a Cooling Center:
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Tuesday/Thursday: 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:30 a.mm top 3:30 p.m.
The RCC is closed on Sundays.
