Glastonbury's Weekend Weather Forecast Includes Plenty to Like with Possible Friday Frost

This winter we had seven straight weekends of snow and ice to contend with.

And it appears that Mother Nature is trying to even the score as we’re looking at another largely fantastic weather weekend. The only sticking point — the temperatures will be a bit chilly, making it feel more of a fall day than spring.

The skies will be bright and sunny.

But before we get to the weekend, we’ll have to contend with some possible patchy frost conditions early Friday.

The National Weather Service says the wind chill value on Friday will be 30 to 40 degrees. Friday night will be chilly too with temps in the mid-30s.

On Saturday, temperatures should approach 60 degrees and there will be plenty of sunshine. Sunday should be a carbon copy but with more sun.

This overall good news forecast extends into next week there isn’t any rain in the forecast through Wednesday.

• Tonight: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 33. West wind 6 to 9 mph.
• Friday: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 52. Northwest wind 10 to 13 mph.
• Friday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 35. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph.
• Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 60. Northwest wind around 8 mph.
• Saturday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 39.
• Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 59.
• Sunday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 41.
• Monday: A chance of showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 58. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
• Monday night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 41.
• Tuesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 59.
• Tuesday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 41.
• Wednesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 60.
