Glastonbury's WWF Hall of Fame Wrestler Bob Backlund

On Sunday, February 7, 2:00 p.m., join us as Glastonbury’s own Bob Backlund, former World Champion and professional wrestler with the World Wrestling Federation, shares excerpts from his new autobiography, “Backlund: From All-American Boy to Professional Wrestling’s World Champion” . Backlund’s career in wrestling spanned over thirty years and includes two world championships. He got his start in high school and college sports and offers a very inspiring message to middle-school students and adults about how to achieve your goals in life. Copies of his book will be available for sale. Seating is limited so registration is requested and begins January 10th online or at the Reference Desk at 860-652-7720.
