GLASTONBURY, CT (May 4, 2016)–American Eagle Financial Credit Union will be hosting a free seminar titled College Financing 101: Understanding Your Financial Aid Award Letter at the Riverfront Community Center, located at 300 Welles Street in Glastonbury, on Wednesday, May 18th from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
The seminar will be presented by Tracie McGetrick, Director of Strategic Partnerships from CU Student Choice and Michael Ferraro, Vice President of Consumer Lending from American Eagle FCU. They will be discussing the many facets of understanding the financial aid letter as well as navigating through family decisions regarding outside scholarships, FAFSA, and federal aid options, out-of-pocket college expenses, private student loan options, and more.
The seminar is open to both American Eagle Financial Credit Union members as well as non-members. This is an opportunity to have your questions about the college financing process answered.
