Local Author Speaking at Welles-Turner Library Wednesday Night

Marlborough author Lynda Mullaly Hunt will speak about her book, One for the Murphys, which is set in Glastonbury at the Welles-Turner Memorial Library at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

 

Glastonbury students in grades 4 through 8 are invited to the Welles-Turner Library Friends Room at 7 p.m. on Wednesday to meet local author Lynda Mullaly Hunt and hear about her book, One for the Murphys, which takes place in Glastonbury.

Marlborough author Lynda Mullaly Hunt will speak about her book, One for the Murphys. The story is set in Glastonbury, where the main character, Carley, attends Smith Middle School and visits the library and other familiar places. Her presentation will include hands-on activities to explore character development. To find out more about the author, visit her website at www.lyndamullalyhunt.com. Copies of the book will be available for purchase. Registration begins October 31.
