GLASTONBURY, CT — A Bridgeport man has been arrested for a passing forged checks at a local Stop &amp; Shop over the summer. Mark Aklin, 39, was arrested in Glastonbury on a warrant Feb. 28, according to a report. He was charged with third-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny along with a pair of related conspiracy charges, police said.
