GLASTONBURY, CT — An East Hartford man is facing four criminal charges after running off with power tools from a vendor display at the Glastonbury Home Depot, according to an arrest report.

The incident took place on Aug. 21, police said.

The 39-year-old was charged via a warrant with fourth-degree larceny, a charge involving items valued at more than $1,000 and up to $2,000.

He was also charged with the improper use of a registration place, failure to carry the minimum insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle, according to an arrest report.

The man is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Sept. 18, police said.
