Meet the Author, Dr. Bridget Cooper, "Feed the Need: Teen Edition" and "Stuck U", at Welles-Turner Memorial Library

Dr. Cooper provides a road-map for change, personally, and professionally.

On Sunday, March 29, 2:00, p.m. Dr. Bridget Cooper, a Glastonbury resident, returns to the Welles-Turner Memorial Library to discuss her new books, “Feed the Need: Teen Edition” and “Stuck U”.
“Feed the Need: Teen Edition” helps teens to discover how to identify, understand, and feed their core emotional needs so they can live more harmoniously with themselves and others. The book will positively change the way teens see problems and strengthen and empower them to solve them. If you’re a teen, or you know one, this is the book discussion for you! She will also discuss her latest book, “Stuck U”, which provides a roadmap for change, personally, and professionally. An experienced and dynamic educator, facilitator, executive coach, and management and leadership consultant, Cooper was trained in systems theory and uses this orientation to help people of all ages understand and take responsibility for their role in their relationships. Her core drive is to help people to be passionate and invigorated about their lives so that they will propel themselves toward success and create healthy, strong, and happy relationships. Books will be available for signature and sale at the event.
