On Sunday, March 29, 2:00 p.m. Dr. Bridget Cooper, a Glastonbury resident, returns to the Welles-Turner Memorial Library to discuss her new book, “Feed the Need: Teen Edition”. In this groundbreaking and honest book, Dr. Cooper, helps teens to discover how to identify, understand, and feed their core emotional needs so they can live more harmoniously with themselves and others. Feed the Need: Teen Edition will positively change the way teens see problems and strengthen and empower them to solve them. If you’re a teen, or you know one, this is the book discussion for you! Books will be available for signature and sale at the event.
