New Glastonbury Police Officers Bring A Wealth Of Experience To Town
Glastonbury has two new officers but they are not exactly rookies in terms of experience.

GLASTONBURY, CT — The Glastonbury Police Department welcomed two new officers this week, but they are no strangers to law enforcement.
Their collective experience amounts to nearly 50 years.
Officer Jonathan Chung (Badge 466), comes to Glastonbury from the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, where he served for more than 20 years while achieving the rank of sergeant. Chung also served with the Central Connecticut State University Police Department for six years.

Officer Eric Kelly (Badge 467), is now a member of the Glastonbury Police Department after completing a 20-year career with the Connecticut State Police. Officer Kelly served in several key positions with the state police, including as a resident trooper in Middlefield, working in the Central Region Major Crimes Unit and being assigned to the Governor's Protective Detail.
