Pedestrian Hit by Car at Glastonbury Polling Place
The person was hit just 13 minutes after voting opened.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A person was stuck by a car on Tuesday just 13 minutes after a local polling place opened for voting, police said.
Glastonbury police said at 6:13 a.m. Tuesday, they were called to Nayaug School, 222 Old Maids Lane, one of the town's polling places, for a pedestrian accident. Police said there is no evidence the person was struck by a car intentionally.
The person was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
