October 5, 2016 (EAST HARTFORD, CT) - American Eagle Financial Credit Union will be hosting a free, educational home buyer seminar at their East Hartford Branch located at: 417 Main Street on Tuesday, November 1st from 5:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.

AEFCU Mortgage Loan Originator, Jennifer Price and East Hartford Branch Manager, Miguel Marrero, will be presenting this informational seminar along with a local real estate agent and an attorney. Each step of the home buying process will be discussed with a local emphasis on mortgage lending, real estate, and law.

Additionally, AEFCU’s First Time Home Buyer program will be a highlight of the seminar which offers:
• As low as 3% down on conventional mortgages
• Low mortgage insurance premiums
• $1,000 credit towards closing costs
