Rosh Hashana Fair on the Glastonbury Fountain Green

Glastonbury – The Chabad Jewish Center has an afternoon of fun in store for you! On Sunday, September 14, Chabad will host a Rosh Hashana Fair and you are invited. This special event is free and open to all.

Rosh Hashana, the Jewish New Year, begins this year on September 24. In preparation for this holiday, Chabad Jewish Center is hosting the Rosh Hashana fair, geared for children and adults alike. The afternoon will include a Beekeeper Demonstration as well as booths such as: Chocolate Dipped Apples, Face Painting, Jewish New Year’s Cards, Magnetic Fishing Competition, a Photo Booth and much more!

The Rosh Hashana Fair will be held on Sunday, September 14 from 4:00pm -- 6:00pm. It will take place at the Glastonbury Fountain Green, on the corner of Main Street and Hebron Avenue. Admission is free.

“It’s going to be a fun and meaningful event,” said Mrs. Yehudis Wolvovsky, Program Director. “We invite the entire community to participate and get into gear for the Jewish New Year.”
