Sharon Fiszel-Harris, 44; Financial Planner, South Glastonbury Resident

Sharon Fiszel-Harris, 44, of South Glastonbury, beloved wife of David E. Harris, died Monday December 15, 2014 at Hartford Hospital.

Born August 19, 1970 in Jersey City, NJ, daughter of Geoffrey L. and Barbara (Foohey) Fiszel of Glastonbury, she had lived in Glastonbury since 1974.

Sharon was a graduate of Boston University and a Financial Planner with Merrill Lynch.

Besides her husband and parents, she is survived by a son Morgan “Ryder” Harris at home, a daughter Ashley Allyssa Harris of West Hartford, 3 brothers Morgan B. Fiszel of Simsbury, Austin T. Fiszel of Provincetown, MA, Alexander W. Fiszel of Middletown, her father-in-law Ernest S. Harris and his wife Millie of Colchester, her mother-in-law Margaret U. Harris of Manchester.

Funeral service will be Friday Dec. 19 at 2:00 pm in St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 915 Main St., South Glastonbury. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery, South Glastonbury. Friends may call at the Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury, on Thursday Dec. 18 from 4 to 7pm.
