"A Summer's Harvest"
A cooking demonstration by Chef Renee at Welles-Turner Memorial Library
On Thursday, August 4, 6:30 p.m. Friends Room. Chef Renee, Simply Fresh Food with Chef Renee, will delight you with a cooking demonstration and tasting on ways to grill and prepare the summer's bounty. There will be a tasting of two prepared dishes and we will discuss the importance of "Eating in Color" and the beneficial ingredients in the foods.
