Suspect Is Accused of Writing Bad Checks To a Glastonbury Business

More than $21,000 was involved, according to a report.

Glastonbury Police have arrested a Farmington man on more than a dozen counts of larceny and issuing a bad check reportedly for writing more than $21,000 in bad checks to a local business.

Salvatore Germano, 53, of Farmington, was arrested March 9 on charges he paid a Glastonbury company with seven bad checks, according to NBC Connecticut. He’s due in court March 25.

According to the Connecticut Judicial Branch website, this is another alleged bad check case against Germano. He was arrested by Farmington Police on Feb. 27 on a charge of issuing a bad check over $2,000 and by Manchester Police on Sept. 18 on a charge of issuing a bad check over $1,000, according to the Judicial Branch. He’s due back in court on March for those charges, according to the website.
