Classic Caesar Salad Romaine lettuce, house made garlic croutons, shaved Parmesan cheese and our very own Caesar dressing. House Salad Baby field greens, carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers in a house made balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Fried Mozzarella Egg dipped and breaded imported mozzarella cheese fried and finished with our house made marinara sauce and grated Parmesan. Tomato Bruschetta Bruschetta served on a toasted crustini with parmigiano regiano cheese and a pesto aioli Second Course (selection of) Chicken Marsala Boneless breast of chicken dusted with flour and pan seared, finished with a marsala wine sauce with fresh mushrooms. Served with saffron rice and a fresh vegetable medley. Pan Seared Cod Escarole and white beans are joined with pan seared cod, and a light minestra sauce Tort Rose Sweet Italian sausage, sautéed mushrooms and spinach in a creamy marinara sauce, tossed with tri–colored cheese tortellini finished with grated Parmesan. Pork Cutlet Thinly pounded boneless pork cutlet breaded and sautéed to a golden brown topped with roasted red peppers and fresh mozzarella cheese, finished with a brown demi glaze. Served with the Chef’s selection of starch and fresh vegetables. Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken Our house made Alfredo sauce and pan seared chicken tossed with fettuccine pasta. Pasta Primavera (Vegan) A sauté of julienne garden vegetables and roasted garlic finished in a white wine butter reduction over penne pasta.
