Warrants Charge Man With Trespass, Larceny For Glastonbury Incidents

A man is in hot water for incidents at a Glastonbury big box store.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A Wallingford man had to put up $60,000 worth of bonds after his arrest on two warrants related to multiple thefts from the Glastonbury Home Depot, arrest reports indicate.

Among the items stolen were power tools, police said.

On one warrant, Michael Moccio, 50, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree larceny and posted a $50,000 bond.

A second warrant has charged Moccio with fourth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass. He posted a $10,000 for the charges.

The thefts took place in February, police said.

Moccio is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on April 21.
