A Reminder From the Granby & East Granby Tax Collectors’ Offices

(The following is a joint release from the Granby and East Granby tax collectors' offices)

Granby and East Granby residents are reminded that the second installment of Real Estate and Personal Property Tax, and all Supplemental Motor Vehicle Taxes must be paid by Feb. 1 (hand-delivered or clearly postmarked).

Real Estate and Personal Property Tax bills for the 2010 Grand List were mailed last summer. They have tear-off sections for each installment due. Most motor vehicle tax bills are paid in the summer, but the Supplemental Motor Vehicle Tax Bills are due in January. These bills were mailed in December for newly registered vehicles ONLY.

Granby residents on the Canton Road sewer line are also reminded that their sewer assessment installments are due by Feb 1.
