MeadowBrook of Granby will be hosting its 3rd Annual Easter Basket Silent Auction from March 20, 2013 through March 27, 2013.   All proceeds will benefit the Waste Not Want Not Community Kitchen, which provides a free community dinner, each week, to over 100 people from Granby, East Granby, Simsbury, Southwick, Hartland and Bloomfield. Last year we raised more than $3,000.00 for the Waste Not Want Not Community Kitchen.  The baskets are donated by local businesses and members of the community. The baskets will be displayed at MeadowBrook. Bidding will begin on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 10:00 am and conclude on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 6:00 pm. Bidding sheets and baskets will be available every day from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. MeadowBrook will host a Closing Bid reception on March 27, 2013 at 5:00 pm, until the final bids are recorded at 6:00 pm.
