East Granby Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Application Now Online

The following is a press release from the East Granby Chamber of Commerce

The East Granby Chamber of Commerce annually offers scholarships to graduating seniors. The application for this year’s scholarship may be found online at the Chamber’s website at www.eastgranbycoc.org, or may be obtained by calling the Chamber’s administrative offices at 860-653-3833.

Deadline to apply for this year’s scholarship is May 10. The link to the application form can be found here.

Students must live in East Granby, or be an East Granby High School Student, or be the son or daughter of a East Granby Chamber member. Students must be applying to a 2- to 4-year college or technical school, and the one-time award will be made once proof of accepted enrollment has been received. Applicants will be evaluated based on their participation in school and community activities, scholastic standing, employment history, demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. Extra consideration will be given to applicants with a family member who belongs to the East Granby Chamber of Commerce.
