Electors and citizens qualified to vote in town meetings of the town of Granby, are hereby warned that a special town meeting will be held in the town hall meeting room, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the following resolution:BE IT RESOLVED THAT, upon recommendation of the board of selectmen, town property located at 248 Salmon Brook Street will be sold to The Farmington Valley Visiting Nurse Association, Incorporated and that the town manager is hereby authorized to execute and deliver all documents and do all other acts necessary or convenient for such sale.
