Jim Glenney and Len Murray are fellow citizens of this great town and they are dedicated to the cause. They are still collecting signatures, and will be as long as you keep supporting them. If you already signed, get your neighbors, relatives, anyone who lives in town and especially if you are a registered voter. If you already signed, make sure that you say hello and show your support!

This is a bi-partisan effort for those who love this town and want to see a fair budget process which is inclusive of all voters.
The present budget meeting process disenfranchises people who work second shift, senior citizens who have difficulty driving at night and/or don’t have transportation to the meeting. This process disenfranchises Police Officers, Firefighters, Emergency Medical workers, Military service persons, Nurses, Doctors, and those who cannot leave their places of employment during the evening hours.

This is no longer a town that has a majority of farmers who can attend meetings at night. Many of us would like to vote but cannot due to our employment obligations. HELP CHANGE THE PROCESS! BE PART OF HISTORY IN GRANBY! Sign the petition! Do your part to bring fairness to ALL CITIZENS of this town.
These signatures will be presented to the Granby Charter Revision Commission which has the task of recommending changes to the Town Charter which is revised by State law every ten years.
