Pilgrim Covenant Church, 605 Salmon Brook Street in Granby, will host its semi-annual Swedish Pancake Breakfast and Scandinavian Bake Sale on April 6 from 8:30 – 10:00 a.m. A breakfast of Swedish pancakes, maple syrup or lingonberry jam, sausage or bacon, and beverage will be available by donation. Baked goods will be for sale. Proceeds will benefit the church’s medical mission trip to Honduras.
