Electors and citizens qualified to vote in town meetings of the town of Granby, are hereby warned that a special town meeting will be held for the purpose of considering and acting upon the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED that upon recommendation of the board of selectmen, the town of Granby hereby approves the purchase of property located at 83 Salmon Brook Street for an amount not to exceed $90,000. Said property consists of about 0.99 acres. The property is more particularly described by the Granby property assessment database sheet and is on file in the office of the town manager at the Granby Town Hall.
