  • Free Yoga Class for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (& their parents!)

  • Class is Friday November 9th from 4-445pm

  • Instructor Maria LaPorte specializes in teaching yoga to children with ASD

  • Pre-registration is required, due to limited space, please call 860-217-1171 (we will get the info up on our website asap!)

  • Bring a mat, or rent one of ours for $1

  • Parents are invited and encouraged to participate!

  • We are located in the beautiful historic Mill Building in Tariffville ~ come have a cup of tea & learn what else we offer!
