Fall is a beautiful time of year in New England...and what better time of year to enjoy a fresh, local five course wine dinner?
Good Life Grill is proud to introduce this incredible wine-paired five course dinner for only $35 per person (plus tax and gratuity). We welcome Brescome Barton, who will join us to talk about the different wine pairings during the meal. The menu has been designed by Executive Chef Ken Sampson.
The first course is served family style and features a seafood paella, with shrimp, lobster, chicken, mussels and a saffron rice...paired with Casillero Sauvignon Blanc.
The second course is a burgundy poached pear salad with microgreens, candied walnuts, cranberries and a burgundy maple cranberry dressing. It's paired with Casillero Chardonnay.
The third course is grilled lambchops served with tri-colored lentils and a tomatillo, chipotle and papaya salsa. It's paired with Casillero Carmenere.
The fourth course is a roasted pork tenderloin, served with a black bean, corn and rice cake and paired with Casillero Cabernet.
For dessert...we're featuring a creme brulee with kirsch-soaked cherries and almond biscotti...paired with Casillero Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc.
Seating is EXTREMELY limited. For reservations, email judithguarco1@gmail.com or call 860.844.1060.
